Are you happy with your packaging?
When we receive a gift, our response can be affected by how the gift is presented. Packaging can be everything, if a lovely present is presented in dull packaging then we may be disappointed instead of pleased.
An internet customer today pointed out that they were disappointed by the packaging but pleased with the product. With this in mind we are adding a selection of different options to wrap your gift in.
It is always great to receive feedback from customers because we then know what we are doing right and what needs to be improved. So pretty packaging is on its way
